At SEEU on Thursday (29th of May 2008) the fourth Career Fair was held. The Fair was officially opened by the Rector of SEEU, Academician Alajdin Abazi who evaluated it as very important event. “This event is very significant because at one place are gathered together interested parties, offering their products and services, companies at one side and our University at the other“, said Rector Abazi. The ambassador of France in Macedonia , Bernard Valero, who was present at the opening of the manifestation said that he participated at this event aiming to enrich the cooperation with SEEU. |

The career development process can be an overwhelming process for students. Regardless whether choosing a postgraduate programme, finding an internship, or finding a job (part- or fulltime), there are many factors to consider and many resources to explore. Putting all the information together in a meaningful and useful way can, thus, be very difficult. To cater to this, the SEEU Career Centre offers two career courses, serving as a vehicle to organize all the available information. Each course examines the resources, strategies and factors affecting career decision making. Career Course offered by the CC:
- Professional career development (PCD)
- Career Search Strategies (CSS)

The SEEU Career Centre organizes and assists with the coordination and publicity of employer /company presentations on campus. These presentations are organized several times a week and aim to bring students and employers together under one roof, allowing students to:
- meet employers face-to-face;
- hear, first-hand, about their job vacancies, internships, trainee programs and more;
- receive important tips on their specific application procedures, closing dates and selection processes;
- obtain key insights into their organisations, industries, business activities, work cultures and expectations;
- collect hand-out materials and special recruitment information packs that are often provided;
- ask questions and network.
